# Plans, Billing, and Payment

This section explains how to manage your plan, payments, and billing information in Phalcon Compliance.

## Plan Overview

Phalcon Compliance offers multiple plan options to meet different compliance needs:

| Plan           | Type          | Description                                                                                                      |
| -------------- | ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Free**       | Free          | A limited number of screenings per month on selected chains. Ideal for getting started.                          |
| **Credits**    | Pay-as-you-go | Purchase screening packages on demand — no subscription required.                                                |
| **Essential**  | Subscription  | Monthly or annual subscription that includes expanded screening, compliance features, and notification channels. |
| **Scale**      | Subscription  | Higher screening volume, API access, and advanced notification integrations.                                     |
| **Enterprise** | Custom        | Unlimited screening, team collaboration, and dedicated support. Contact sales.                                   |

## Credits (Pay-as-you-go)

Credits let you purchase screening packages without a subscription. This is ideal if you need flexible, on-demand screening.

* Choose packages of 50, 100, 200, 500, 1,000, or 2,000 screenings.
* Credits are valid for **12 months** from the date of purchase.
* If you also have a subscription plan, your subscription quota will be used first. Credits will only be used after your subscription quota is exhausted.
* When your Credits balance reaches zero, your account will revert to Free-tier access.

## Top-ups (for Subscribers)

If you use up your screenings during the current billing cycle, you can purchase additional screenings at your current plan's unit price.

* Top-up screenings expire **at the end of the current billing cycle** — they do not roll over to the next cycle.
* Access the top-up option from the Pricing page.

## Monitor Add-on

Essential and Scale subscribers can add continuous monitoring capacity to continuously track changes in address risk.

* Every Essential and Scale subscription **includes 1 monitored address for free**.
* Need more? Add capacity through the Monitor add-on: 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, or 200 monitored addresses.
* The add-on is billed together with your subscription (monthly or annually).
* Manage your Monitor add-on from the Billing and Usage page.

## Payment Methods

Phalcon Compliance supports three payment methods: **credit card**, **cryptocurrency**, and **digital wallet**.

All payments are processed in US dollars (USD). An invoice is generated for each payment and can be downloaded from the "Billing History" section.

## Managing Your Plan

Manage your plan under **Pricing and Usage → Billing and Usage**.

* **View plan** — View your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date.
* **Upgrade** — Switch to a higher-tier plan at any time. Adjustments may take effect immediately or in the next billing cycle, depending on the change.
* **Renew** — For users who pay with a one-time payment method (cryptocurrency or digital wallet), a renewal button will appear on the "Billing and Usage" page shortly before the plan expires. Renew early to avoid service interruptions.
* **Cancel** — Cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterward.
* **Downgrade** — First cancel your current plan, then subscribe to another plan.

## Usage Tracking

View your usage under **Pricing and Usage → Billing and Usage**:

* Track the number of screenings and other resource usage during the current billing cycle.
* Monitor usage to avoid exceeding your plan limits.

## Applying Rewards at Checkout

Available coupons and Referral balance apply automatically at checkout. Free Screening Credits are used for screenings, not order payments.

* Only one coupon applies per order; the highest discount value is selected automatically.
* A coupon and Referral balance can be combined: **order price → coupon discount → Referral balance → amount to pay**.
* Referral balance does not expire and has no minimum requirement for checkout deductions.
* Coupons and Referral balance are consumed only on successful payment.
