# Data Management

The **Data Management** page lets you view and manage your data assets in one place. Access it from **Pricing & Usage → Data Management**.

The page has three tabs:

## Notes

View and manage all notes attached to addresses and transactions.

## Tags

View and manage all custom tags applied to addresses and transactions.

## Shared Results

View and manage all shared screening result links. You can filter by **All**, **Active**, or **Expired** status, and search by address or transaction.

Each shared link displays:

| Field                     | Description                                           |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **Address / Transaction** | The screened target associated with the shared link.  |
| **Note**                  | Optional note attached when creating the shared link. |
| **Created**               | When the shared link was created.                     |
| **Expires**               | When the shared link expires (if an expiry was set).  |
| **Status**                | Whether the link is **Active** or **Expired**.        |
| **Link**                  | The shareable URL.                                    |
